AEO · evidence and practical implementation
AEO for Danish small businesses: a proportionate first work cycle
Start with the service questions and facts that matter to your customers. Local relevance means truthful language, eligibility and contact details, not a large collection of city-name pages.
Establish what is actually local
Confirm the business’s real service area, whether customers can visit and which conditions affect delivery. Do not infer permanent signage or a staffed location from an address. A Danish-speaking customer may use English technical terms; explain them naturally while keeping the enquiry path and conditions understandable in Danish.
Use scarce expert time on the right answer
Choose a small set of recurring qualification questions, save the existing answers and assign factual owners. Correct contradictions, explain exclusions and add a useful preparation checklist. If an English version genuinely serves customers, translate the whole journey and check equivalent facts. Do not publish interchangeable city or acronym variants just to increase coverage.
A suggested first cycle, not a result promise
Discover the questions, review important pages, approve one prioritised change group and verify the live result. Establish measurement only with appropriate access and consent. Review the accepted work before expanding. A business with limited staff may gain more from accurate service scope and a working contact path than from continuous article production or a paid monitoring stack.
